The City and County of San Francisco, acting through the General Manager of the San FranciscoPublic Utilities Commission (SFPUC), has engaged MWH/Webcor JV to construct a facility within the wider BDFP. This facility comprises Building 610 and some limited adjacent structures.

Building 610 scope of work includes the following components:
1. Structural- CIP Concrete, miscellaneous metals
2. Mechanical- Process Piping

T-03.01 Concrete Main Package. The T-03.01 Structural Concrete Scope of Work shall provide all transportation, appliances, tools, supervision, and services, including formwork, pumping, placing, finishing, reinforcing steel, waterstop, and ready-mix material necessary to perform the scope of work to fully complete the structural concrete and associated miscellaneous and ancillary items necessary to provide the complete scope in accordance with the contract documents.
