2205 Mission Street is the ground-up construction of a nine-story, 66,070 square foot, mixed income residential development with 64 condominium units - 32 of which will be sold below market rate to San Francisco based educators.
Specific areas within the first and second floors will be 2,500-square feet of community-serving space and bicycle parking.
The development is located two blocks from the 16th Street and Mission BART station, with access to multiple MUNI bus lines.
Gelfand Partners Architects is the lead designer and Mission Economic Development Agency (MEDA) is the developer/owner.
2205 Mission is a joint venture partnership between Guzman Construction Group and Marinship Development Interest.
The project is currently in pre-construction.
