Marinship Development Interest was selected as the subcontractor for Scopes 1 and 4 of the Mission Bay South Redevelopment Plan.

As part of Scope 1 of this project, contracted at $1.2 Million, our team conducted hardscape construction for our client. Scope 4, contracted at $1.1 Million, involved delivering partial utilities,
extended requirements for hardscape construction as well as labor and equipment support requirements.

As Focil-Mb sought to further reinvigorate the area surrounding San Francisco’s Mission Bay neighborhood, Marinship was dedicated to implementing improvements to enhance the quality
of life of the communities served by Muni’s Third Street Light Rail system, bus lines, and the Caltrain Regional Rail Service.
